In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To open an Account and participate in any activity on the kode4 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person residing in Indonesia and are at least 21 years of age. kode4 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market.
• You are legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access online betting and gaming services. It is your sole responsibility to verify this prior to registration.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by kode4 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by kode4 for breach of these Terms.
• You possess a valid Indonesian bank account and/or e-wallet registered in your own name that will be used for all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Each Player is entitled to register and maintain one Account only. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all mandatory fields. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. kode4 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain up-to-date account information, including delays in withdrawal processing caused by mismatched payment details.

kode4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to give a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person or permit any other person to access your Account.

• You must notify kode4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• kode4 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person under any circumstances.
• kode4 may implement additional security measures, including two-factor authentication and session timeout policies, at any time.

All deposits to the kode4 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. kode4 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which kode4 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. kode4 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The KYC verification process must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request can be approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000; higher amounts require prior written approval from the kode4 finance team.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
• Under normal operating conditions, withdrawals are processed within five minutes of approval. kode4 targets 24/7 withdrawal availability, including Indonesian public holidays.
• Where a withdrawal is subject to a pending bonus wagering requirement, the withdrawal will be held until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.

kode4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit of the required minimum amount.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (commonly expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x the bonus amount) which must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account balance at the end of the specified period.
• Certain game types — including, but not limited to, live casino, low-margin sports markets, and certain table games — may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. Full details are available in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• kode4 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed and games played on the kode4 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms, the product-specific rule shall prevail.

• Sportsbook: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. kode4 reserves the right to void bets where odds are clearly erroneous or where a match result is under formal investigation for integrity issues.
• In-Play Betting: Live odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is only confirmed once a "Bet Accepted" notification is displayed. kode4 is not liable for bets not accepted due to odds movement between submission and confirmation.
• Live Casino: The decisions of the live dealer and the game's outcome determination system are final. Disconnections during a live game round do not entitle a Player to a refund of the stake unless the game is confirmed as void by the studio provider.
• Slots & RNG Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the Platform use certified algorithms tested and verified by independent third-party auditors. The displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentage represents a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Crash Games: The multiplier at which a crash game round ends is determined by a provably fair algorithm. Players should be aware that rounds may end at a multiplier of 1.00x (i.e., immediately upon launch), resulting in the total loss of the stake placed for that round.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of Account balances without refund:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other Players or third parties.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other means intended to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kode4 staff or other Players via any channel.

kode4 co-operates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where illegal activity is suspected, relevant information may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player concerned.

kode4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform provides the following self-management features, all accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive marketing communications.

All content on the kode4 Platform — including but not limited to the kode4 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content licensed from third-party studios, and any other material — is the property of kode4 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kode4.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kode4's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the net value of funds held in the Player's Account at the time the event giving rise to the claim occurred.

kode4 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or data, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or governmental action.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information provided on the Platform for any particular purpose.
• Any losses arising from a Player's own negligence, including failure to safeguard account credentials or failure to read and understand the rules applicable to a specific game or market before placing a wager.

kode4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, kode4 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

The current version of the Terms is always available at https://kode4.net/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the international gaming licence under which kode4 operates. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local law.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact kode4 customer support at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. kode4 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 10 business days (WIB, UTC+7).

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by kode4's licensing authority. Details of this process will be provided to the Player at the time of escalation.
